Trafford Park is one of the largest industrial estates in the country, and industrial and logistics buildings bring their own fire stopping demands — large service runs, heavy cable trays and ductwork crossing compartment lines, and refurbishment works that expose old, non-compliant seals.

Alongside the industrial estate, Trafford has extensive office, retail and residential stock. We work across all of it — sealing service penetrations on fit-outs, protecting structural steel with intumescent coatings, and closing out compartmentation defects in occupied buildings.
